HTC Comm Manager Problem & Conversion to a Thumbdrive

hi all,

i'm using a dopod 838pro since 2006. have a couple of issues which i hope someone can help:

1. recently installed HTC Comm Manager cab file. after installing, white wordings appeared with no black background. have done a soft reset & reinstalled the cab file w/o avail. have since removed the cab file but cant get my previous comm manager file back.

2. was wondering if there is any software i can installed to enable my ppc to be a thumbdrive when connected to a pc w/o doing activesync?

i had the same problem. Just go to the website and download the htc CommManager. On my side, everything is fixed now :
