Anonymous 		buttons don't work

quite suddenly and without being dropped or anything the buttons and touch-screen only work intermittently making the phone unusable. has something become dislodged inside? I have tried installing a fresh os. Do you find this valuable?

If Hard Reset didnt resolve the isue then it is going to be Hardware related. You will want ton contact your carrier to see if it is eligible for a Warranty Exchange. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
