RE: Memory cards Dec 20 2007, 12:21 AM EST A mini card is bigger in size than a micro one. The mico one is about as small as pinkie fingernail. most of them come with adapetors for easy fit into a computer card reader. I am not sure of the max GB size the phone will allow but a 2GB works fine for me. Cheers. Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Memory cards Apr 14 2008, 5:09 PM EDT I just bought a 2GB MicroSD and the phone will not recognize it for some reason. When I put it in my laptop, I can save files and pictures with no problems. When I put it in the phone, it lights up as I put it in, but then it says that there is no storage card installed. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Memory cards Apr 15 2008, 7:08 PM EDT "where I can get cheap Micro SD 8 Gb ? i live in Toronto"eBay is the cheapest, but if you want to buy retail, then try Canada Computers. http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?do=ShowProduct&cmd=pd&pid=017121&cid=990.218.987 Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Memory cards Apr 22 2008, 5:42 PM EDT I can use a 8GB SDHC on a stock 6800, with it showing 7.78GB and only 1GB in use. I'm wondering what is everyone else running (windows version and ROM) that can use that type and size of card? I am thinking of upgrading the ROM and going to the Windows Mobile 6 but don't want to lose my ability to use the bigger SDHC card. I called Alltel tech support, and we all know how helpful they can be. They said go ahead and update no problem. Yeah, right.... Do you find this valuable? |
