Has anyone had problems with the phone freezing up, everytime I turn it on and then let the sleep shut it off, as opposed to pushing the power button, it freezes up and I have to soft reset it, anyone else with this problem?

No matter what I do, I can't seem to get my email on the HTC 6800. I called Alltel Customer Support and they didn't have a clue.....It keeps saying "Incoming Email Password" and then I click ok and it says it again...over and over and over....HELP!

Today I updated my 6800 to the newest version of Windows Mobile, I turn it on and it freezes at the today screen. I take out the battery and try again, same thing. Then, I try to reinstall the software later that day and nothing happens, the computer canot see the device since it locks up when it start. I try restarting the device while it is connected to the computer. It connects but then eventually drops.
What can I do?
