I have problem with my sprint (touch) freezing up when it is in sleep mode. I have had this phone a week and it has done this 3 times .. I notice that it happens while charging .. Anyone with have this happen? Do you find this valuable?

Yes. The solution is simply to manually put it into sleep mode when you no longer need to do anything with it. It's a simple habit to get into -- whenever setting it down or putting it into the holster, tap the power button. Calls and messages will still come through, and the phone will power up, but it shouldn't lock up in sleep mode. Do you find this valuable?
