Active sync problems

I am having problems syncing my tmobile dash with my computer it connects fine but will not sync. it also keeps resetting my profile on my computer. I have tried using a different usb cord different port and have also tried reinstalling the progam but no luck. does any one have any ideas

on the dash go to activesync and check the box..allow pc to synchronize!! 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
