What can I do to restart it or fix it ? Do you find this valuable?

You mean whenever you open your phone it basically freezes at the main page, where it states Windows Mobile?

If so, then bring it back, I had the same problem, it happened eight months after my purchase and they gave me a new one!

Yes.. for some reason it decided to reboot it self.. &I just lost EVERYTHING I had on it !! I'm so mad ! Thanks for your help tho. Do you find this valuable?

As long as you lost everything anyway, try a hard reset and see if that fixes your phone. Do you find this valuable?
