alltel touch diamond bluetooth and ringer

To all who use the HTC Touch Diamond. Background - I have had 7 HTC phones now, the 6800, the 6900 Touch and now the Touch Diamond. Every single one has issues with at least 2 Motorola Bluetooth headsets, the stereo HT820 and the standard ear type HT700, despite my performing the recommended ROM upgrades on multiple occasions. Being that these phones are supposed to be able to send MP3 sound over stereo, and these head pieces are on that list, it makes no sense that I have these issues:

    1) With the 820, sometimes the headset connects, sometimes not. In discussions with Alltel advanced tech support, they say this shouldn't happen, no matter what configuration that I am set up with, i.e. bluetooth on and then turn on headset, or bluetooth off, turn it on then turn on the head set, or headset on and then turn on the unit bluetooth transmitter.
    2) Sometimes the unit dials a number at will, can't find a rhym or reason for this, it is just not a good thing to happen.
    3) the ringer turns off, not always right away after the headset is turned off, and not all the time. This bothers me a lot. ALL OF MY HTC phones have done this.
    4) The latest issue that is mainly an irritant, after the phone as been in what I will call the standby mode, I turn it on, punch in my security code, and I get a blank screen, with only the top and bottom tool bars showing. To get this to clear I have to touch the top tool bar, another blank screen comes up with only the tool bar on top, wait for a few seconds, and then the return screen comes up in full.

Don't blame Alltel for this, it is HTC and or Microsoft that is the issue. None of the Patches fix this.

Also, don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful phone, and has very nice features, but over time you will get tired of not getting calls, and with the hands free features not working correctly.

I bought bluetooth on purpose, so I have no intention of going to the included corded headset. I don't need more wires. I am going to get a "Jawbone" (sic) type blue tooth and try that, but that doesn't help with stereo music, since it is for one ear.
