Hey Everyone. It seems that my XV6700 thinks the headset is plugged in (when it is not). When a call comes in or is made, I cannot hear anything. I can only use the phone with the headset. Any suggestions to get it back to normal.

I have 2 issues
1) I know how to program the buttons to do what I want. However, on this one phone no matter what I tell button 5 to do it always brings me into notes. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? 2) whenever I make an outgoing call using any bT headset it dials the # rings and when the call is answered the phone disconnects me. this does not happen when not using the Blkuetooth. Any help please Thanks in advance |
