Does anyone know whether developers can access the Radio Interface Layer for the 2125? The Windows Mobile 5.0 SNAPI doesn't provide all that much information about, for instance, the radio signal strength, the bit error rate, etc -- information that the phone modem most likely knows. Being able to send AT commands would be great. If anyone has any suggestions on where to look for this info, please post.
