8525 Contacts Will Not Sync - Item disabled on the 8525

Change:  2) Once the sync has completed - go to Tools>Options (on the active sync on the computer) and DESELECT all items. 3) Allow the phone to sync to nothing 3a) If it doesn't disconnect and reconnect and it will resync to nothing.(my phone needed this step, my wife's did not)   View changes from previous version.
