I have an HTC s620... programs installed: BeyondPod (RSS reader), SmartToolkit RC09, Google Maps, Google Search, and Resco Registry Add-in. I've read that turning off global skinning should resolve this issue. I've done that, and haven't noticed any lockups lately. But what I'd like to know is this: is there any software (preferably freeware) that I can install to perform the basic file and registry maintenance necessary for windows based OSes (defrag, chkdsk, regmon, etc)? Thks in advance! Do you find this valuable?
