My name is Matt McCormick and I own Mobile Device Repair. We're a company that repairs cracked or broken cell phone screens for a variety of HTC Phones (T-Mobile Dash, T-Mobile Shadow, AT&T Tilt, plus others). I started this Wiki as a way to let people know what we're doing and to give our customers a chance to post feedback, good or bad, on our service. So feel free to comment.

I slammed my daughters AT & T Tilt phone with the car trunk door. The screen was cracked and we both were just sick about it. I called A T & T, which was a waste of time. I was trying to find the manufacturer on the internet when I came upon a comment left by Matt on a site about the Tilt. He said he could repair Tilt phones. I sent the phone in to him. He emailed me when it was fixed and I got an email from the post office when the phone was sent. It now works perfectly. I am absolutely delighted with the phone and with the service I got. Thank-you!

Hello Mobile Device Repair, I have an TYTN II and it has some sliding problem. It won't slide smoothly and it won't close all the way when I'm done using the keyboard, is there any way that I can get it repaired??
