I bought the qtek s200 only 2 months and have been having a lot of problems especially with the screen freezing. I have been trying to get support from qtek but to no avail. They have no listed phone number to call for support. My IMEI number is not being recognized on the website and so it won't even let me send an email. Help, does anyone have any suggestions... Do you find this valuable?

Pls go to start>settings>system>memory>Running Programs and use STOP ALL option.... you seem to have too many applications open... do this everyday at least twice... Let me know if it works... 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
