This worked great! Just two things though ...

1. The volume is pretty low even though I have it set at 100%. It's tough to hear the videos. Any suggestions?
2. It took me a few minutes to find the .cab file because I couldn't find File Explorer on my phone. D'oh! It would be more helpful if the above instructions showed Programs>TOOLS>File Explorer. You left the TOOLS part out.

Thanks again for posting this fix. I've had my Tilt for 3 weeks. I haven't really had the time until now to search for the solution. You guys made this easy.
