Getting Unlock Carrier Codes.
I Will be switching carriers with my Touch Diamond and I was told by carrier that I need to ask for the unlock carrier codes from HTC, How can I request these codes.
The carrier of whom your phone is originally is locked to has to provide those carrier codes when asked and cannot be obtained from HTC support.

the pretty Diamond ring volume is to low even when setting the ringing volume to the Max
