What are your 5 things HTC Should Fix on the Mogul Oct 30 2007, 12:44 PM EDT Why Are NOT These Issues Fixed On Such An Expensive Device. Why didn't HTC include these in their latest device. I know I asked for 5 but since I created this I can put more… 1) BT not working 2) Pull out Keyboard NOT functioning on some programs 3) Better display, come on it 2007 QVGA 4) What is with the Square Sharp corners? It feels terrible in your Hands. 5) Why such a SMALL amount of MEMORY 6) Why do the software “new” Software Upgrade corrupt the Phone – from your site. 7) Why are the ringers such LOW VOLUME 8) Why don’t we have GPS enabled? 9) Why doesn’t the Mogul have the FASTER PROCESSOR? 10) Why is the Headset Plug on top where is should be. 11) Why is the Stylus on the lower side on the unit where it hard to use. 12) Why can’t the Mogul have the same interface at the Kaiser or Touch. All three are new all made by you. 13) Why not EVDO rev-A? This device has so many issues and things that SHOULD have been included with the price we paid. I can’t recommend this device to anyone. Its not ready for Prime Time 13 out of 16 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: What are your 5 things HTC Should Fix on the Mogul Dec 6 2008, 12:00 AM EST My htc touch pro (sprint version) has developed several issues that need fixed. 1. The only noise it makes is the ringer when someone is calling. I can't play music, I cant hear the person I'm talking to, I can't hear sound effects etc... 2. When I slide open the keyboard, or slant it on the side the screen will no longer turn sideways. 3. When I type in Opera with the keyboard it stops typing what I'm typing after a couple seconds. Anyone else experiencing these issues? I've soft reset it, hard reset it, gone through all the settings with 3rd party programs. Nothing has helped. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
