I have a touch pro that is not getting emails from outlook account. Does anyone know how refresh the email account. It has been deleted and installed numerous times and still cannot recive emails.

Assuming that you can send email...
Check Start>Progams>Activesync and see if there is an error message there.
Try a Manual Send/Receive and see if you get an error there.
Delete your partnership and create a new one.
