Computer Calender Replacements

I created a new calendar event on my pro however my computer will replace those events with what it has on the computer, how can change this to do the opposite thing.

In activesync, go to Tools > Options > highlight Windows Mobile and click on Settings and you will be able to adjust the conflict settings which controls this.
