The phone is locked and won't tuen on all the way. I have personal info I didn't back up correctly because the idiot "techs" at Tmobile told me all my phone numbers and everthing else would "sync" to the phone. Is there anyway to fix the phone and keep my personal information that is stored on the phone?? Please HELP!!! 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?
