No Power

Question: I have a HTC Touch and it will not power on and I have tried doing the update for it but it will still not power on, What can i do?

Answer: If you cannot get your phone to power on then the rom update for that phone will not work and you may need to have the phone repaired or replaced.

My Mogul is having a problem that seems widespread for HTC products. When using handsfree mode on my phone, everything works but the talking and listening. The phone will dial through my navigation system and I can anser the phone. I can hear the person calling/called but the audio is really bad. They can't hear me at all. I've updated to the latest firmware foy my device but it didn't help anything. I went to the Nissan site and it said that the Cingular and T-mobile versions of the HTC had been tested and work but the Sprint Mogul was being "tested". I think that means that they know that there is a problem. There's no infomration on the HTC site that acknowledges this problem. I gues these folks aren't very service oriented. Does anyone know if there is a solution to this problem?

OWLSoft Networking - Can you force the TyTn to failover from WiFi to 3g 0 Jan 8 2009, 2:21 PM EST by OWLSoft

I have been searching for a hack that allows you to set WiFi as the primary network and 3g as the secondary network. It seems that this should be the default behavior for the phone anyway. Unfortunately, phone companies want to charge us for data usage.

Currently I have to go to click Start > Settings > Connections > Connections > Advanced > Select Networks and then change the dropdown under "Programs that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using:" from MediaNet to My work network or vice versa. I know that there is software that will put an Icon up to take you directly to this setting (http://htc-tytn-ii.handster.com/software.php?id=2119&for=HTC+TyTN+II). But there should be some way to have the phone check to see if it has a WiFi connection and if it does not THEN use the telco network.

Maybe I am using the wrong search terms but I haven't found anything.

Anyone have any ideas about this?
