It should resolve any problems after you hard reset your phone and walk step by step without skiping anything to set it back up. It should install all required CAB packages that came with an update. It did work for me 3  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Is there any option for installing a fix for the keyboard's symbols without hard-resetting and installing all that crapware? Do you find this valuable?

Changing [HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\Qwerty]
"Layout"=263177 (decimal) (originally 132105) and soft-resetting fixed it for me. 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
