    Using Windows Vista and mobile devie center.
    I upgraded to the new mobile 6.1 and a couple of days after the upgrade I started having to turn it on twice. The first time it would stay on for 1-2 seconds and shut down. The second time works fine.
    Have the "Tilt:" for automatic shutdown after 2 min when on battery and 5 min when on external power. Will not shutdown when on external power.
    Anyone have any fixes?
