kay it turns on and goes threw all the screens (the htc screen telus) then it hits the windows moble and just shuts off and starts all over again and it keeps doing this over and over Do you find this valuable?

had this problem and finally took my phone in to be replaced...seems its a software problem...mine got to the stage that it wouldn't get past the telus welcome screen...baffled the telus store employees that i dealt with... Do you find this valuable?
