Anonymous 		Transferring Video to Storage Cards takes FOREVER

Is it normal with ActiveSync 4.5 for a 5 mb mp3 file to take almost 30 seconds and a 141 mb avi file to take close to half an hour. Is it the program or is it the fact that I am transferring data to the storage card? It's insanely slow! I have a T-mobile Wing and I am using ActiveStync (pun intended...) to transfer files over. Are there any ways to make the transfer rate faster? Do you find this valuable?
