ActivSync 4.5 error

Hello,
I am suffering unavailabilty of synchronizing Outlook contact and calendar data. At first it took about several hours to synch, which is totally unable to sync at all. Microsoft seems not posting us with solution to cure for this. I have several weekends trying to solve the difficulties. Anybody, knows method to break through, please let me know.
