Scocca ricavata da un unico blocco di alluminio a «zero gap» (la plastica è iniettata nelle fessure), Super LCD3 1080p da 4,7" (468 ppi) con Gorilla Glass 2, Snapdragon 600 a 1,7 GHz, 2 GB di RAM, 32/64 GB. Tre novità chiave: la fotocamera UltraPixel da 4 MP (pixel da 2,0 µm, f/2.0, OIS), gli altoparlanti stereo frontali BoomSound con amplificatori, l'interfaccia Sense 5 con il feed BlinkFeed e la funzione Zoe (foto live di 3 secondi e «Video Highlights» automatici). Inoltre porta IR nel tasto di accensione (telecomando Sense TV), 2300 mAh, 143 g, 9,3 mm. Android 4.1.2 → 5.0.2 Lollipop (Sense 6). Argento, nero, rosso, blu, oro. Fu eletto «Miglior smartphone del 2013» ai GSMA Awards, ma ne furono venduti solo ~5 milioni. L'HTC One (M7) è uno smartphone top di gamma prodotto dall'azienda taiwanese HTC. È stato presentato ufficialmente il 19 febbraio 2013 al Mobile World Congress ed è il successore di HTC One X. L'HTC One è stato sviluppato con particolare attenzione alle caratteristiche hardware e software che gli permettono di distinguersi dagli standard dei terminali Android, come la scocca unibody in alluminio, l'interfaccia HTC Sense 5.0 che personalizza l'esperienza d'uso con Blinkfeed, la fotocamera Ultrapixel e il doppio altoparlante stereo BoomSound. In Italia è disponibile in colorazione bianca e nera.

HTC One is a touchscreen-based Android smartphone designed, developed, and manufactured by HTC. The smartphone was unveiled on 19 February 2013 at press events in New York City and London and is HTC's seventh flagship smartphone. It has been hailed by many as a revolutionary Android handset with its premium design and build quality and its emphasis on high end audio.
