.NET CF 3.5, Plus More (New To HTC Phones)

Okay 1st Question is how do I import my Nokia 6265i's contacts...

They're .VCF type, So I don't know if that'd help any... And I don't feel like having to go out to a cellphone store taking random hits and misses at each one to see who and if they can import them...

My 2nd is everytime I try to update my Mogul to 3.5 I can no longer sync up to my Pc with ActiveSync through the cradle..

What gives and how can I fix this? Had to do a System Restore on Pc to before .NET CF 3.5 was installed and then do a Hard Reset in Order to be able to Sync up again...

Any help, advice or suggestions? All would be appreciated, Thanks..
