Tranfering Contacts on a HTC Mogul

I'd like to reset my phone, but I want to save the contacts somehow. Can anyone help me? Thanks a bunch.

Copy Pim.vol and then paste this file to your Storage Card or in active sync save file to desktop or laptop folder.
