I have a Cingular 8525 which I sync to my desktop through an exchange server. The OS for the desktop is Windoews XP Professional SP2 with Outlook 2002. Activesyn version 4.5 is loaded. Problem: all contacts sync fine. However I lose appointments in the calender, or the appointments that are accurately sync'd are changed, for example, alarms are added to some appointments during the sync. Has anyone dealt with this problem? 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Hi

check the activesync client on your pc and verify that appointments tab are checked.
assuming your only syncing with 1 pc and not multiples. if more then 1, then check both clients tab under activesync.
