MWC, February 26, 2012; on sale from April. The flagship of the "new" HTC: a white or gray polycarbonate unibody, a 4.7" 720p Super LCD2 with Gorilla Glass, and either a quad-core 1.5 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 (international version) or a dual-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 with LTE (One XL / AT&T One X), 1 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage (16 GB at AT&T) with no microSD, an 8 MP f/2.0 ImageSense camera with a dedicated processing chip, a 1.3 MP front camera, Beats Audio, NFC and a non-removable 1800 mAh battery. Android 4.0 with Sense 4 → 4.2.2 with Sense 5. It earned excellent reviews and was named "phone of the year" by a number of publications, but sales were hurt by a customs delay in the US (Apple's lawsuit) and the Galaxy S III. The One X+ (October 2012) had a 1.7 GHz Tegra 3, 64 GB, a 2100 mAh battery and Android 4.1.

From Wikipedia

The HTC One X is a touchscreen-based, slate-sized smartphone designed and manufactured by HTC. It was released running Android 4.0.3, with the HTC Sense 4.0 skin. The NVIDIA powers the One X Tegra 3 for most international GSM carriers, making this the first HTC phone to be equipped with a quad-core processor, while a variant which is LTE capable is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor. The One X was announced on February 26, 2012, at the Mobile World Congress and was HTC's sixth flagship product, leading the HTC One series from the time of its release through April 2013, when its successor the HTC One (M7) was announced.
