An HTC subsidiary (founded in 2020, 100% owned) for private 5G networks and Open RAN equipment. Products: Reign Core, a compact "all in one box" 5G SA/NSA core for enterprises (factories, hospitals, ports, stadiums); the Reign Core S1/S2 with edge server integration; O-RAN radio units; and SIM profiles and MDM for VIVE Focus 3 devices on private networks. Its first contracts were with Taiwanese manufacturers, Chunghwa Telecom and medical centers (telesurgery with VR). In 2022–2024 it expanded into Japan, Southeast Asia and Europe through partners (Nokia, Intel, Ericsson-compatible stacks). Part of HTC's "5G + XR" strategy: standalone VR headsets streaming over private 5G.
