Upgrading the OZ Comm IM program

OZ Comm has better IM Program then the one that come on the ATT Tilt 8925. Where can I download this new IM program. It let you chat on AOL, MSN, Yahoo, MySpace and Facebook all at the same time. You can't do this on the version that come with the phone. I hate it. Do you find this valuable?
