I searched on the web and couldnt find it.

If I go to device manager it shows up as "Generic Serial". I misplaced the Cingular disc and do not have the drivers. Can anyone please tell me where I can find the drivers?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

I just installed the Microsoft sync software and then my phone was connected and I could do anything with it. Maybe you just need to install sync. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
