Start Up Disc Doesn't Run

It continuously "loops' and does nothing. Tried it on three different pc's and one laptop. How do we get a replacement? Is there a download available??

The files on the start up disk can usually be found online.
Activesync and WMDC can be found on the Micrsoft Website.
The User Manual for the device can be found on the HTC website.
What else is supposed to be on the disk (this varies by Country, Carrier and Model)?
Also, have you inspected the disk to ensure that there is no debris or scratches?
