GPRS issue

I have an HTC TouchEvery time I make or receive a call I receive the message" "THERE IS A PROBLEM CONNECTING THE GPRS SERVICE IN YOUR REGISTERED HOME NETWORK". I do not use email or internet access on my HTC. How do I stop this message from appearing please?

Try going to Comm Manager and turing the data connection off and then check your other applications (the ones that use the data network) and make sure that you dont have them configured. If all else fails, Hard Reset the device and configure it from scratch. |

"Something is trying to access the data network...Thanks Browntannis, Data Connection was dimmed (not active). I took your advice and did a hard reset. I guess I must have turned something on somewhere but I could not undo it. So far so good. |
