Discussion: Active Sync problem with tilt!!

Active Sync problem with tilt!! Can someone help me with my active sync... It was working fine then it just stopped. I can connect it to the computer and it will charge but no connections to download, swap information with phone and PC. I tried reinstalling the Active Synce on my computer, turn any and all firewalls I could think of, tried all helps that microsoft had. The only thing I could think of is to uninstall the Active Sync on the phone and reinstalled it. Tell me some solutions and if possible can you give me step by step on uninstalling Active Sync on the phone and reinstalling it and where can I get it from. Thank you very much for your time.
