Anonymous 		AIM over WiFi?

I cant get my AIM to work with my WiFi, i read that when im connected to my WiFi network i will be able to you AIM without being charged for text. But when i use AIM over my WiFi network i still get charged from text messages. Can someone help me please? thanks in advance. Do you find this valuable?
