Does anybody have an email address or phone number for HTC support? I have emailed & talked to T-Mobile. Those guys do not know about the ALARM problem..

I have WM6 & it still did it to me once. The way to do it is to do cold reset by taking off the battery of you dash. count to 30 then replace battery & turn on dash. go to your SETUP / ALARM & turn alarm off. MAKE SURE AFTER TURNING OFF you click on DONE until you are back to SETUP page.
