There have been reports the Today screen flickering on the AT&T Tilt.
The flickering reported is limited to the Today screen on the device and only impacts sections of the Today screen (calendar section, program plug-ins, etc.) and not the entire display.
This flickering can be caused by various applications (aka shortcuts or plug-ins) being present on the Today screen (for example, Get Telenav or XpressMail).XpressMail) and exchanging the device will not resolve the issue.
The workaround for this issue is to remove the offending application from the Today Screen (not from the device, you can still have it and use it on the device) by going to:
