P3400 Battery always shows low changed the battery twice

Hi

I have HTC P3400. I have been experiencing the issue for quite some while now
The phone always shows battery low. I have replaced the battery twice.
Need help urgently on this one....... Do you find this valuable?

is windows mobile just showing it as low but it really isnt? Do you find this valuable?

Yes

I think so because I do charge the Phone and would talk for few mins lets say 20=30 mins and it shown LOW BATTERY Do you find this valuable?
