MY T-MOBILE DASH HTC-S620 KEYPAD ERROR

MY DASH HTC-S620 KEYPAD IS NOT WORKING RIGHT HALF OF THE KEYPAD WORKS WHILE THE OTHER SIDE WITH THE NUMBERS I CAN ONLY PRESS THE NUMBERS . IT SEEMS LIKE IM TEXTING WITH A REGULAR PHONE. CAN SOMEBODY LET KNO WHATS GOING ON

Was having the same problem with a very nice WM6.1 image on my T-Mobile Dash. I found lots of overall helpful information at:

but the details of the what I was missing (using \Program Files\eT9 instead of \Windows) was found at:
