My Diamond has developed a bad echo when calling landlines. This is over all networks on the diamond but not with any other phone. HTC say not the phone network people say not network. This has been going on about 4 month before that no proplem.

Having the volume up too high for the earpiece can cause an echo but, if you dont have it set higher than 50% it may be an issue with your earpiece speaker.
You need to do the standard steps (soft Reset and Hard Reset) and if the issue remains, that would indicate that the issue is with the hardware.
