I have a problem with my HTC Tilt 8923 phone. no ring, no audio. I chek all de preference and settings. help me please.

If there is no Audio at all (and you have checked your Sounds & Notifications as well as the Sound Automatic feature to make sure that the sound is on), you can try the Hard Reset. If that doesnt do it, the issue is likely hardware related and you would need to check into seeing if the device is still under the warranty.
