Moved windows folder on HTC diamond

Hello i accidently cut then paste my windows folder onto my internal storage on my Diamond. Now i cant unlock my phone is there anything i can do to unlock my phone without a hard rest or can i move the windows folder back to its original place using windows explorer on my vista based pc? thanks! Do you find this valuable?

it is impossible. You must do hard reset. Do you find this valuable?

you cant move the windows folder its part of the ROM Do you find this valuable?
