HTC S720

HTC S720 KNOWN BUG/ISSUES
Windows Media Player
Version: 10.3 Build 17742
Bug: Memory leaks
Issue: Cause mp3 to sometime play normaly and sometim just stops ans skip to the next one on playlist
Explanation: If you ever used a HTC S720 you know what i'm talking about, theres no risk with this bug but it sure is anoying. From what i heard the problem come from a memory leak caused by windows media player, many user tried to simply bypass it by using another player such "realplayer" however, realplayer is not made to run on our smartphone then why not using a software developped for any windows mobil 5 smartphone? well because they pretty much all cost money to use and i would not take the time to crack one. The solution then? the only real solution would be to wait for a fix, s720 use windows update so microsoft are probably aware of those memory leaks and will release a fix within few weeks. Since then rebooting the phone or taking the battery out for 5 sec can fix the problem for a day or two!

Windows Mobile 6 OS
Version: Windows Mobile® 6 Standard / CE OS 5.2.1237 (Build: 17742.0.2.2)
Bug: Freezing & Lagging
Issue: Os the freezing on the same place not responding to any action
Explanation: First of all you have to know what is lag clikc here to know. Nothing new, if you are using a computer at home running Windows you already know what is lag, and this is why i hate windows, the only real way to get rid of it is by using any other OS(operating system) such as Linux based or Mac, however with this phone we are stuck with it, ive heard that some people tryed to format their phone with a unix based os but they all scrapped their phone voiding the garantee on it, theres only one real way of short term fixing this and it is the good old battery way! take out your battery 5sec put it back in, hopefully this phone is booting fast so it is not a real big problem to do it that way, and far enough to bring the phone back to the store!
