For some reason i cant get my shaw email on my phone i try adding a new account on the phone and it does not work.

sure hope u figured it out as i also have a shaw mail account. Have not been able to get my email directly to my phone in real time. any luck????

It worked finally. I finally have my shaw email on my htc touch. Thanks for you help.
