when i first got my htc it had a restore to factory settings...now i am trying to find this again and cant can you help...my touch screen has quit working and i dont know if i killed it or something happened to the phone.....which is a htc 8552....can you help Do you find this valuable?

Just do a hard reset, following the guide here: http://htcwiki.com/page/Hard+Resets+for+PPC+and+Smart+Phones

It is the same as the Restore button. Do you find this valuable?
