Hey can anyone tell me how can i get windows mobile 6.1 and a step by step procedure its really hard trying to find one..

Unfortunately there is no 6.1 update for the Wing. Most of the phones that started out with WM 5 and were updated to WM 6, will not be upgraded again. Your only other option ( which I do not understand why people are so hot on 6.1 ) is to flash a custom rom. And with that comes all the quirks and dangers of flashing a "cooked rom"

I do believe the carrier will/should provided an update. But atleast HTC (this) site will, it has for 2 other mobile device. Check the "Download" section.
