Touch Cruise wi-fi connection
Apr 20 2008, 12:25 PM EDT
I have successfully setup a Wi-Fi connection and the HTC Touch Cruise was assigned with a valid IP address from this wireless network. The wireless router detected the mobile device as part of the network and in the wireless LAN setting in the mobile device the wireless network is clearly indicted as connected. However, when trying to connect to the internet using pre-installed application such as Internet Explorer or Opera browsers the operation fails. The wireless network does not require any certification or proxy server. Are there any settings that I need to change in order to associate the Wi-Fi connection with the internet connection? Do you find this valuable?
